You have the possibility to send money transfers to China via UNISTREAM System.

Money transfer procedure to Bank of China

There are two types of money transfer sending — deposit on bank account of the Receiver and cash-to-cash transfers. While sending money transfer to the Receiver bank account, the Sender shall provide:

  • full name of the Receiver (Name of the Receiver must be the same as in ID/Passport provided by the Receiver);
  • bank account of the Receiver with Bank of China.

In order to send cash-to-cash transfer, the Sender shall provide:

  • full name of the Receiver (Name of the Receiver must be the same as in ID/Passport provided by the Receiver);
  • ID/Passport details of the Receiver (for Chinese residents — letters and numbers). ATTENTION! There is no need to indicate by whom and when ID/Passport was issued;
  • address of the Receiver;
  • telephone number of the Receiver in China (landline — 7 or 8 digits, cellphone — 11 digits).

ATTENTION: while receiving cash-to-cash transfer there is no need to inform the bank officer that transfer is sent via UNISTREAM System; money transfer is sent to the ID/Passport details of the Receiver. While in the bank the Receiver must provide ID/Passport and indicate that money transfer is sent to ID/Passport details.

Currency of money transfer — USD or EUR. Delivery time — started from 48 hours. Transfer amount more than 20 000 USD (or its equivalent in EUR) can be sent only to the Receiver bank account.

Procedure of cash-to-account transfers to 13 largest banks of China

International money transfer system UNISTREAM and one of the major world banks Deutsche Bank have launched a joint international project allowing customers to replenish accounts with the largest China banks through the system’s operational locations. It is planned to involve altogether 13 most important  banks: Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China CITIC Bank, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank, China Minsheng Banking Corporation, Guangdong Development Bank, Huaxia Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Industrial Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, Shenzhen Development Bank. The number of such banks’ offices in China exceeds 30,000.

The service can be described as follows — a customer bringing money to the UNISTREAM location provides details of an account with the China bank required for a transfer to an operator:

  • Full receiver name;
  • Address;
  • Receiver Chinese phone number;
  • Bank name;
  • Account number.

The operator initiates the relevant transfer which on the international level is carried out by Deutsche Bank as correspondent bank.

The transfers can be in EURO and USD.  It will be available for payout from 2 hours. If the transfer was sent after 15o'clock by Moscow time, the transfer will be available next day.
